I was told by another company that it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix my Rinnai tankless water heater which had a small leak. George came over, tightened a bolt and leaking stopped. He advised me not to even get it flushed! So for a service fee of $120, problem was solved. Honest and trustworthy people. I highly recommend calling them.

He even carefully assessed my older home to figure out how a tankless system could work. Other companies rushed through quotes, and one even tried to pressure me into deciding on the spot. When I asked about add-ons other companies recommended, they honestly explained why those weren’t necessary for my situation — they could have upsold me, but didn’t. I am probably one of the hardest clients with technical work because I expect the technicians to know their stuff. We have a tankless water heater so I researched all the water heater companies to find those who are experts in tankless and to be honest, there aren’t a lot of them out there. This company did stand out in that respect and after reading all the magnificent reviews about WHP and specifically Ryan, I hired them to do our annual maintenance and boy was I impressed. Ryan, at Water Heater Pros, did a fantastic job. Our current Nortiz tankless water heater had stopped working. We’ve had issues with it off and on for years, always needing something, but nothing ever covered under warranty. I called Water Heater Pros that morning, and Ryan came later that afternoon to diagnose the problem. During this process, he detected a gas leak and fixed it. We had the unit serviced recently by another company, but that technician never even noticed the leak. We decided to install a new Navien tankless water heater system. He then measured and generated a parts list to begin work the next morning. He did a temporary fix so we wouldn’t be without hot water overnight. He showed up on time, and after several hours, we had a new system installed. He then took the time to explain how the system worked and offered tips on saving energy.

Jose was the best when taking my call, answering all my questions and explaining the updated systems, as well as getting the job completed the next day! Ryan was the technician that removed the old unit and installed the new tankless water heater. He was polite and detail oriented, and also explained details of the unit. He also left the work areas tidy when the job was completed. A gem of an employee, and a gem of a company!

Our HOA’s 100 gallon water heater stopped providing hot water late last night. I called Jose of Water Heater Pros this morning.
